m so happy about the changes in my life that occurred as a result of going to yoga and mediation classes. I am more calm on a regular basis, i breathe more, and I love more.

I am so happy that my teacher Lorilyn was able to recently open up her own yoga studio, Tahoe Rising. Even better, I have the chance to fill the rooms of the studio with inspirational art pieces and paintings. The theme is India meets SF. I have a few pics of my works so far... more to come ofcourse.
